Consulting
From engineering offices to plant operators
Our consulting starts with engineering offices drafting tenders for new plants, continues with boiler builders requesting cleaning systems, and extends to operators who want to expand their heating surface cleaning.
Our focus is always on the plant operators, who must reach the operating time of their plant for 25 or 30 years with the cleaning solution. For maintenance we also take care of maintenance scheduling and write specifications for tenders.
Optimization
Optimizing existing systems, including other manufacturers
It often becomes evident during commissioning or the warranty period that a cleaning system does not suit the cleaning task. For the plant builder these are unplanned costs, so we look for the most cost-effective solution.
For every optimization we also look at the boiler parameters: installation location, flue gas and steam temperatures, vacuum conditions. Often the wrong cleaning system is simply installed and physically cannot fulfill the task.
Training
Training since 2004
Since 2004 we have been training power plant personnel, plant builders and planners at the power plant school in Essen, independently of manufacturers and close to practice. For plant builders we offer one-day training at your premises. For operators we train operation, maintenance and servicing directly on the installed systems.
Our training sessions are not promotional or sales events.
