The system
How rapping systems clean
In horizontal boiler passes of waste incineration plants and biomass power plants, rapping devices clean evaporators, superheaters and economizers. The bottoms of the horizontal boiler headers are rapped pneumatically or mechanically. The impulse on the vertically suspended heating surfaces loosens the deposits from the tubes, without additional cleaning media.
With over 20 years of experience in optimizing existing rapping systems, we have been offering our own rapping devices for 10 years, manufactured entirely in Salzgitter.

Each boiler header has its own impact cylinder, which can be controlled individually.
