Heating surface cleaning with in-house design and manufacturing
Salzgitter Kesselservice combines more than 25 years of practical experience in heating surface cleaning and boiler technology with its own design and manufacturing in Salzgitter. We develop and build cleaning systems and support operators with service, spare parts and the further development of existing plants.

In-house manufacturing for systems and components
Our manufacturing in Salzgitter combines machining, sheet metal working, welding and assembly. The existing machinery allows us to machine and assemble components and assemblies for new plants as well as replacement and service components.
The focus is on the requirements of our heating surface cleaning systems. Design and workshop coordinate directly on components, manufacturing steps and assembly.

Milling and turning
- Two CNC milling machines from Hedelius and Haas.
- One NC milling machine from Bäumer.
- Lathes from CORTINA and Weimer, as well as an NC lathe from Optimum.
Sheet metal working and cutting
- Plate shear from WIEGER.
- Roll bending machine from Kasto.
- Folding machine from BFtec / COECKE Machines.
- Plasma cutting system from Hypertherm.
- Band saw BEHRINGER HBP-400 G.
Welding and assembly
- 16 welding machines.
- Fabrication, straightening and assembly of welded structures and assemblies.
Handling in the workshop
- Two ABUS overhead cranes, each with a lifting capacity of 5 t.
- DEMAG jib cranes for handling at the workstations.
From component to assembly
In our workshop, individual components are built into assemblies for heating surface cleaning systems. The images show a sizing drum of a shot cleaning system and other components being prepared for shipping. They give you a concrete insight into our manufacturing and assembly.
Experience from manufacturing and plant operation
Since 2011 we have been manufacturing our own systems for heating surface cleaning, with in-house engineering, design and workshop production in Salzgitter. Our practical experience covers the construction of systems as well as service and spare parts for existing systems.
Our product range includes soot blowers, water lance blowers, shot cleaning systems, rapping systems and spray cleaning systems. Which solution is suitable depends on the specific plant and its operating conditions.
In planning
A new manufacturing facility with well-designed processes
We are investing in our manufacturing so that we can carry out your projects even more efficiently in the future. The new site creates the conditions for shorter routes, better coordinated processes and more economical production. Our goal: shorter throughput times and more flexibility in meeting your requirements.
At its core is a production facility designed for building new plants as well as replacement and service components. A separate training building is also planned.
Planning work has begun. Construction is scheduled to start in March 2027; completion is targeted for the course of 2027.
