Water lance blower technology enables very effective cleaning of empty passes. With the HLB25 we build our own water lance blower. We supply all spare parts compatible with the Clyde Bergemann WLB90, for the WLB100 the mechanical spare parts and the drive modules on an exchange basis.

The system
How the water lance blower cleans
The blow tube has a horizontal and vertical swivel range of up to approx. 90°. Following the movement of the blow tube, the concentrated water jet generated by a special nozzle creates a meander-shaped blowing pattern on the opposite wall and reliably removes deposits.

The HLB25 is our own water lance blower for cleaning empty passes. It is positioned and controlled precisely within its working range and reaches a large cleaning area.

For years we have supplied all spare parts compatible with the Clyde Bergemann WLB90 and the mechanical spare parts compatible with the WLB100, for example blow tubes, nozzles, blow tube guides and ball joints. Now also the drive modules.

In empty passes. Between tube bundles, soot blowers or a shot cleaning system are the right systems.

Yes, with a suitable enclosure.
Do water lance blowers need additional sound insulation?
Additional sound insulation is not required for these cleaning systems.
What does a water lance blower clean with?
With cold water. A special nozzle generates a concentrated water jet that loosens the deposits on the opposite wall.
