1. Water Spray cleaning
An effective and gentle cleaning device for the boiler’s empty passes. The water penetrates the deposits on the wall and dissolves it as it evaporates. The cleaning intensity can be adjusted by the amount of water used, the nozzle geometry and the velocity of the nozzle.
2. WaterLanceBlower
The water cannon technology enables very effective cleaning of the empty boiler passes. The blowing tube has a horizontal and vertical swivel range of a maximum of approx. 90°. According to the movement of the blowing tube, the concentrated water jet generated by a special nozzle creates a meander-shaped blowing figure on the opposite wall and thus safely removes deposits.
3. Rapping Systems
For suspended heating surfaces, rapping devices are used. The collector bottoms are rapped and dust and deposits are removed by the vibration. This can be done by mechanical or pneumatic rapping devices or by individual rappers.
4. Shot Cleaning systems
Heating surfaces in vertical passes can, in addition to Sootblowers, also be mecha- nically cleaned by a Shot Cleaning system. The deposits on the tubes are removed by the falling steel shots. The ash deposits are separated from the shots and the steel shots are returned to the cleaning circuit.are returned to the cleaning circuit.
5. Sootblower
The heating surfaces in vertical boiler passes can be cleaned with sootblowers or shot cleaning systems. The sootblower types are selected according to the cleaning task.
